Terra Scott

My heart is filled with joy and gratitude when I reflect on my career journey. I have had a passion for working with children my whole life. Seeing the smiles on their faces and the tears of joy and appreciation on the faces of so many parents over the years has truly been more than I could ever ask for.

Creating Milestone Pediatric Therapy, years ago, allowed me to take that passion to the next level. I was able to learn and grow as a leader, supporting many therapists on their career journeys all while we were able to serve many more kids and families as a team. I am grateful for all the relationships built over the years, both in our local community and throughout the country, as my career evolved and I sold the business to a larger organization. There have been countless lessons learned over the last few years, and I am so incredibly happy to say I am back where I belong, in private practice ownership, and leadership.

Infinite Pediatric Partners is everything we had at Milestone Pediatric Therapy and more. I will always strive to put the children we serve and the therapists on our team first, in all I do. I continue to operate based on Simon Sinek's Golden Circle. Our team is aligned with our "Why" or purpose, and we all strive to help every child and family reach their full potential to live their best life.
